The data controller is Alfaveo.cz s.r.o., ID: 10701249, headquartered at Přikop 795/19, Brno, 602 00 (hereinafter "Controller"). Contact email for data protection inquiries is info@alfaveo.cz.

## 2. Purpose and Scope of Processing

We process personal data necessary for providing the FlowERP service, in particular:

- Registration and contact data (name, email, phone number, company ID).
- Data contained in uploaded documents (invoices, receipts).
- Technical data about application access (IP address, cookies).

## 3. Processors and Sub-processors

We use the following specialized platforms and tools for data processing:

- Jetveo: Application and cloud platform on which FlowERP runs. Jetveo provides technical infrastructure and data storage.
- Google Gemini: Advanced AI models by Google used exclusively for automatic data extraction from uploaded invoices and documents.

## 4. Data Security

All data is stored in secure data centers within the European Union. Data transfer is always encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.

## 5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object.
