## Terms and Conditions

## 1. Introductory Provisions

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "VOP") regulate rights and obligations between Alfaveo.cz s.r.o., ID: 10701249, headquartered at Přikop 795/19, Brno, 602 00 (hereinafter "Provider") and users of the FlowERP application (hereinafter "User").

FlowERP is software for document management, data extraction, and approval processes built on the Jetveo technology platform.

## 2. Service Provision

The Provider grants Users access to FlowERP as software-as-a-service (SaaS). Services are exclusively for business purposes. The Provider does not serve consumers.

Since FlowERP operates on the Jetveo platform, application availability depends on Jetveo infrastructure. The Provider is not responsible for outages caused by third parties or Jetveo maintenance.

## 3. Content and Data Responsibility

Users bear full responsibility for all data (invoices, receipts, metadata) uploaded to FlowERP. Users confirm having legal authorization to process all uploaded data within the application.

The Provider is not responsible for accuracy of data extracted using AI tools. Users must verify all automatically loaded data before final accounting or transmission.

## 4. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider and suppliers (including Jetveo) are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages from using the application.

The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.

## 5. Final Provisions

These VOP are governed by Czech law. All disputes are resolved by competent courts in Brno. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these VOP.
